By accessing and using Soul Gift (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Soul Gift is an online platform that allows users to create personalized digital gifts using templates, personal messages, and photos. Users can generate shareable links to send these gifts to recipients.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when using our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Resell or redistribute templates without permission
4. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of photos and messages you upload
- By uploading content, you grant Soul Gift a license to store, display, and distribute it as part of the gift delivery service
- Soul Gift templates, designs, and code remain our intellectual property
5. Payments & Pricing
- Free templates are available without payment
- Premium templates require one-time payment or subscription
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay/Cashfree
- Prices may change with prior notice
6. Gift Link Availability
- Free gift links are active for 30 days from creation
- Premium gift links are active indefinitely unless deleted
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms
7. Limitation of Liability
Soul Gift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Data loss due to technical failures
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any damages arising from use of the service
- Third-party content uploaded by users
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
